Labor Market Administration

The Labor Market Administration works to promote the municipality's growth by creating conditions for residents to have lifelong learning and be self-sufficient. We do this with a focus on skills supply and through coordinated operational services to businesses, where we work to meet complex societal challenges with innovative methods. The administration consists of three departments: Labor Market, Quality and Coordination, and Campus Trelleborg, and has about 100 dedicated employees.

Job Responsibilities

As an exam invigilator, you will be a central part of the Learning Center and be responsible for ensuring that examinations during your shifts are conducted fairly and in a good study environment, as well as ensuring that both our and the universities' guidelines are followed. In addition, you will provide support to students when allowed. Some related administrative tasks may occur.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has completed and passed upper secondary education and has experience working as an exam invigilator, in administration, or in a similar position at an educational institution. You have a good ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English, with additional languages being an advantage.

You have excellent IT skills and find it easy to familiarize yourself with new systems. We see that you have high stress tolerance and enjoy working in a pace where planning and flexibility as well as punctuality are important.

You are meticulous, structured, and responsible, with good communication skills and find it easy to collaborate with both students and colleagues. You are flexible and can handle varying tasks. You are self-assured, have an easy time with direct communication, and can give and receive constructive feedback. We value strong social competence, low-affect responses, and also consider personal suitability.

It is a requirement that you have a high problem-solving ability. Practical experience working or studying at a college or university can be a plus.

The position is a temporary employment on call.
